High-performance teams bring agility, innovation and quality to projects. With the ETBO® methodology, balanced groups are formed with complementary roles that enhance results. In the Entrepreneurs class at CEMA University, led by Patricio Cavalli and David Ben David, students were organised according to their behaviours to assume strategic roles. They were given a practical challenge that marked the beginning of their evolution, following the Tuckman Model, from an informal group to a cohesive and effective team.
PDS organised a workshop with ETBO®, led by Mireia Ros Garcia de Vicuña and Rosita Cordasco, aimed at the Recruitment Department. During the day, team roles were identified and tools to enhance individual talent were explored. The experience was dynamic and strengthened cohesion, highlighting the value of each member in the organisation. It was an inspiring meeting that fostered collective growth and reaffirmed the importance of teamwork.

This year saw the birth of #ForoDeCaños, an alternative space to connect entrepreneurs, startups and investors with time, love and a lot of flow. Mireia Ros, co-founder of ETBO, presents a tool based on psychology and technology that improves team performance by up to 35%. Developed together with her father after six years of research, it allows mapping skills, anticipating conflicts and enhancing natural roles in agile work environments.

ETBO identifies 8 natural roles that emerge in teams according to behaviours, not positions. These roles - such as energiser, analytical or cohesive - reveal how each person contributes to the group. Recognising them improves collaboration, avoids tensions and enhances collective performance in diverse work environments.
