ETBO was born out of academic research and real-life experience in organisations.It was created by Mireia Ros and Dr. Joan Anton Ros, both organisational psychologists, to answer a key question:

The ETBO methodology is based on rigorous academic research and a systemic view of team behaviour. Its development is based on:

A mixed research approach: DeductiveThe project is based on the analysis of classical psychological models of competencies, team roles and organisational behaviour. Inductiveby directly observing real teams and identifying behaviours that support their success.

A systemic modelThe company understands the employee not only as an individual, but also as an active part of a system of relationships. See analyses how each person influences and adapts to the collective functioning of the team.
