ETBO was born out of academic research and real-life experience in organisations.It was created by Mireia Ros and Dr. Joan Anton Ros, both organisational psychologists, to answer a key question:

A mixed research approach: DeductiveThe project is based on the analysis of classical psychological models of competencies, team roles and organisational behaviour. Inductiveby directly observing real teams and identifying behaviours that support their success.
